Tony QU

Tony Qu, the founder of ATM Capital, has numerous years of investment experience and was an early investor in Meituan (HK: 3690) and J&T Express(HK: 1519). Eight of the investments he made were successfully listed on international stock exchanges.

Currently, he is focused on investment in Southeast Asia market. His leading investments include J&T Express(HK:1519) (Southeast Asia's largest and China's leading express company), J&T Cargo (J&T's Technologically innovative express transport company), Y.O.U (Southeast Asia's leading emerging cosmetic brand), Jet Commerce (Southeast Asia integrated e-commerce service provider ), Tomoro Coffee (Indonesia's emerging coffee chain brand) and Joyice (leading emerging ice cream brand in the Philippines), Thin Red Line (Innovative AR operating system and hardware developer).

Prior to founding ATM Capital, Tony Qu founded Bat Capital and made angel investments in Waterdrop (NYSE: WDH) (China's leading InsurTech platform NYSE: WDH) and Tuya Smart (NYSE: TUYA)(world's largest third-party AIOT intelligence cloud platform), both of which are now listed in the US.

Qu Tian also served as Vice President of CDH Venture Capital, where he invested in projects such as Fangduoduo. In addition, he was a founding team member of Alibaba's Strategic Investment Department, with investments in Meituan, UCWEB, Sogou, Baozun, Liren Beauty, PPS, and others. Prior to that, he had worked at Sina, Tencent and Yahoo China from 2000 to 2007, and he has a deep understanding of China's Internet economic development.

Qu Tian has a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Peking University, an MBA from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, an EMBA from China Europe International Business School. He is also an EMBA candidate from Graduate School of People's Bank of China.

Minjun Liang

Minjun Liang is a founding partner of ATM Capital and has been involved in investments including TOMORO COFFEE (Indonesia's emerging coffee chain brand), MAKUKU (Southeast Asia's leading mother and baby brand), Kargo (Indonesian version of Full Truck Alliance, A local leading logistics aggregation platform), Lifepal (Indonesia's leading Insurtech platform), Fastock (Southeast Asia's leading E-Commerce warehouse provider, acquired by J&T Express), and Kitabisa (Indonesia's largest online donation and fundraising platform).

Minjun Liang has developed an in-depth understanding of Fintech and the Southeast Asia markets. During his 10-year tenure at Alipay, Minjun Liang was previously the Vice President of Alipay Overseas Team. He was responsible for the business development of cross-border expansion and mobile payment projects. He contributed significant strategic decisions and implementations. Minjun Liang also established overseas offices of Alipay in HK, Taiwan, Singapore, Seoul and Silicon Valley and started the Group’s first overseas investment.

In addition, Minjun Liang was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Ali Travel, General Manager of Business Development Department of Mobile Payment, as well as other core operational roles in Alibaba Group and Ant Financial Services Group. He has strong insights into the mobile internet and O2O BUs. Minjun Liang, as Alipay’s representative, co-operated with the People's Bank of China and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on several projects to discuss and compile the regulations on 3rd party’s payment platform, from which he has gained practical insights into policy development of the mobile payment industry.

Minjun Liang has a Bachelor's degree in engineering from the College of Engineering Machinery, China Agricultural University; a Master Degree in International Economics from the China Center for Economic Research at Peking University (later renamed the National Development Research Institute) and an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

Ms. Bihong is a founding partner of ATM Capital and has been involved in the setting up of the fund from the early stage since 2017. Bihong is responsible for the overall operational management and marketing of the fund, focusing on investments in the consumer goods sector. Bihong’s investment projects include Y.O.U (Southeast Asia's leading emerging cosmetic brand), and MAKUKU (Southeast Asia's leading mother and baby brand).

Bihong is a former CCTV news reporter, serial entrepreneur in the consumer industry and has made personal angel investments. Her investment projects include TUYA SMART (NYSE: TUYA)(World's largest third-party AIOT intelligence cloud platform), WITHWHEAT, Innail Salon, etc.

Bihong holds a Bachelor's degree in journalism from the Renmin University of China and is a research scholar from the University of Hong Kong.

Jonathan Zhong

Jonathan Zhong is a founding partner and currently an venture partner of ATM Capital, as well as the founder of J&TCargo, a portfolio company of ATM Capital. Jonathan has extensive experience in entrepreneurship and Internet management operations in Southeast Asia, with the ability to build high-performing teams. He also has rich local resources of entrepreneurs. He has over fifteen years of overseas experience, ten of which were in Southeast Asia. Jonathan was the first country general manager of Alibaba UCWEB Indonesia, during which he led his team to gain over 60% market share of Indonesia's mobile browser market, becoming the number one mobile browser in the region.

In addition, Jonathan is also the co-founder of Nonolive, a Southeast Asian mobile video live streaming platform, responsible for building the local operation team from ground zero. Nonolive covers more than 10 countries including Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Turkey, and has become the top two live streaming platform in Indonesia. Nonolive was acquired by DouYuTV in 2018.

Zhengzhen Jiang

Zhengzhen Jiang is a founding partner and currently an venture partner of ATM Capital, as well as co-founder of MAKUKU, a portfolio company of ATM Capital. He has over 10 years of experience in Indonesia, with a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian retail industry and online channels. He also has extensive experience in management and operations. He was the founder and head of OPPO's overseas marketing department and was involved in all of OPPO's overseas market launches until 2014. In addition, he has launched Indonesian representative companies for Coolpad, Meizu, Honor, Hikvision and Uniview Technology. He is also Gree's country representative in Indonesia and an investor in Indonesian representative company for Rays Lighting.

Zhengzhen Jiang graduated from Sichuan University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
